First, I listed my house with Darcie in June of 2012.  She coached me on getting the house ready for sale and helped with the staging.  Heck she even helped with the yard work.  My house was listed 1 day and we had multiple offers on it.  I ended up with exactly the right buyer and the right price.  

And, Darcie helped me purchase my next house and acreage on Whidbey Island.  She had to sell the one property above for me while I was buying this one.  She was great going through all the inspections and negotiations with me.  I’m happily settled in the new house and my horses love their pastures.
